SMIT "CREATOR" members were participating in a seminar titled Exchanging Transitions for all co-ordinated by Civic Forum and held in Dilijan, Armenia.
On March 2-8 of 2013 the seminar called “Exchanging Transitions” will bring together 30 young people from 12 countries (Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Estonia, Slovenia, and Croatia) to a small town Dilijan in Armenia. During these seven days the participants will share with their peers from different regions, countries and backgrounds, their vision of what kind of transition they have, had or are having. Why in one region or country the transition was more successful and in another one it seems to have no end.

Beautiful people from different countries and backgrounds came to a lovely city of Dilijan, hidden somewhere in Armenian mountains, to exchange and share their knowledge on the topic of transitions, during a seminar held under the Youth in Action program. The energy, which woke up, while working together, could light up the whole valley and surrounding area. Days past fast, connections were made, plans for the future created, and... no one wanted to go away. It was one of the most productive experiences in the lives of many participants. SMIT "Creators" team was not an exception. I am sure that the next cooperation with our Armenian hosts can bring only even more beneficial projects, bringing an other unforgettable encounters.

Once upon a time in Armenia in the city of Dilijan gathered people from 12 countries (Armenia, Belarus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Slovenia and Ukraine) to share their peers from different regions , their vision of what kind of transitions their countries and societies had, or are still in. During this amazing week we had opportunity to gain common understanding of democratic, economic and political transitions. Because of the composition of the countries we had chance to observe whole range of the transition moments. It was wonderful opportunity to share experience from our way to UE with Eastern Partnership countries and also gain knowledge from other European Union members which are in the different transition point than Poland. Exchanging transitions seminar gave me experience I will never forget. I have learnt a lot and looking forward to meeting those people again when our countries will be in the other points of transition process and discuss this important topic once again.
